When applied to the present-day business, the production process is viewed as the philosophy of management equipped with special tooling that enables to manage business in the most effective and efficient manner.

The Fruit Master Foods Company invests largely in innovations and works hard to increase its production potential.

Installed in the production area of the Beregovo Canning Factory are four integral lines for production of juices, nectars and beverages and their packaging in aseptic 0.2 l, 0.5 l, 0.75 l, 1.0 l, 2.0 l cartons.

Each of the 3 lines is used to produce the following formats: 
- 706 - format 0.2 l; 0.25 l; 0.3 l, output 1200 l/hour

- 307 - format 1.0 l; 0.75 l, output 7000 l/hour

- 209 - format 0.5 l; 0.75 l; 1.0 l, output 9000 l/hour

- 405 - format 1.5 l; 2.0 l, output 10000 l/hour

The packaging products are supplied by SIG Combibloc, the Austrian company, which is a member of the SIG Swiss Holding and has been one of the largest world producers of packaging systems and materials for longer than 40 years.

The filling and packaging processes adopted at the Beregovo Canning Factory have a range of competitive advantages:

a) The packages are filled with the product with the use of the aseptic filling method, which may be described as follows: sterile juice - under sterile conditions - into sterile packages. Prior to filling, juice is heated up to the proper temperature during a very short period of time, then it is cooled instantaneously and poured into packages that were sterilized in parallel.

b) The filling operations are carried out under the full sterility conditions. In this case, all nutrients (vitamin-mineral complexes, natural sugars, juice aroma and color) remain unspoiled, while the product is packed in sterile and cleared condition.

c) Computerization of production processes allow to minimize "human factor" effects even under the most intensive production conditions. Computer desks, including displays provide for convenient system control and servicing, thus optimizing the mechanism control operations.

d) Besides, due to the high accuracy of crease application, good packaging quality is attained. As a result, packages feature smooth and stable bottom portions (SIG Combibloc patent), as well as accurately formatted edges. That is how the evenness of the form and stability of packages are guaranteed.

The factory turns out preservative-free juices and nectars made of high-quality natural concentrated fruit and vegetable juices and mashed juices that were produced both in Ukraine and by the world-known manufacturers.

All equipment being used conforms to the most exacting requirements set forth by the national and international production standards and allows to release the top-quality products. In addition, the Fruit Master Foods Company holds an important position on the market with regard to its consumers.
